For a covered EU destination, the quote you receive is meant to bring the goods to your address without separate freight or import-tax line items appearing later. You should not get a surprise invoice from a carrier, a customs broker or a tax office after the goods arrive.

In practice this means three things:

1. One landed figure per order. The quote states the goods, the quantity, the destination country and whether shipping and tax are included. If anything is excluded, it should be written on the quote.
2. No buyer-side import paperwork for covered destinations. Stock ships from inside the EU, so you are not acting as an importer of goods from outside the Union.
3. The written quote is the reference. This page explains how the programme works. It does not show prices. Amounts depend on destination, quantity and product mix, so they are always confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before payment.

Transit times buyers can plan around

For covered destinations, plan on typically 3–5 working days from dispatch to delivery. Dispatch follows confirmed payment.

A few points keep the estimate honest:

• Working days, not calendar days. Weekends and public holidays in the sending or receiving country are not counted.
• Remote areas and islands can take longer. This includes some addresses in Greece, Cyprus, Malta and parts of Portugal and Spain.
• Peak periods such as pre-holiday weeks, plus carrier disruption or weather, can add time.
