Our MOQ varies depending on the level of customization. For Light Custom (Logo printing + standard packaging on existing models), the MOQ is typically 1,000 to 3,000 units. For Full ODM (brand-new mold opening and exclusive structure), the MOQ is generally 10,000 units. We are flexible and can discuss lower trial order quantities for long-term partners.
Absolutely. Compliance is our top priority. All our devices are designed and manufactured to meet strict international standards. We provide full documentation including CE, RoHS, and FDA registrations. For the European market, our products comply with TPD (Tobacco Products Directive) requirements, including child-lock systems, leak-proof designs, and volume limits. We also support third-party lab testing for specific market entry needs.
Yes. We have an in-house flavor lab and a team of experienced flavorists. You can either choose from our extensive library of over 500 existing flavors or provide us with your specific flavor profile requirements (e.g., "Ice Mango" or "Cola Ice"). We will create samples for your evaluation. Once approved, the formula becomes your exclusive recipe, and we will not sell it to other clients.
Our standard workflow is: 2D Design → 3D Rendering → 3D Printed Sample → Functional Sample.
For Light Custom: We provide a digital mockup for your approval, then produce a physical sample with your logo for confirmation.
For Full ODM: We create a 3D printed structural prototype first to check the fit and feel. After your approval, we build a functional sample (with PCB and battery) for puff testing. Only after the final sample is signed off do we proceed with mold opening and mass production.
The mold ownership is negotiable. In most cases, the client owns the exclusive mold after the tooling fee is paid. We will sign a formal agreement stating that we will not use your exclusive mold or design for any other clients. If you prefer us to retain the mold for future production, we can also arrange a mold maintenance and storage agreement. We also sign NDA/NNN agreements before discussing any custom designs.
