EU Warehouse vs China Stock 2026: Which Supply Line Fits Your Shop
Key facts
- EU warehouse vs China stock is a choice between speed and simplicity on one side, and volume flexibility on the other.
- Bangsupply EU warehouse stock ships with shipping and tax included to 25 EU countries, typically in 3–5 business days (special cases excepted).
- Bangsupply China stock ships from the factory side. Shipping, taxes and customs duties are not included and are paid separately.
- Both supply lines start from an MOQ of 10 pieces, and orders ship after payment is received.
- Product rules differ by country. Check your local regulations yourself before you list any product.
Two supply lines, one supplier
Bangsupply is the wholesale and EU-stock brand of YIDING. We run two supply lines for European retailers, wholesalers and vape shop owners:
- EU warehouse stock: products already held inside the EU and delivered to your door, with shipping and tax included.
- China stock: products shipped from China. You handle shipping, import tax and customs duties.
Neither line is better for everyone. The right choice depends on how fast you need to restock, how much you order, how much risk you can carry and how much admin you want to deal with. This guide compares the two side by side so you can decide per order, not just once.
Side-by-side comparison

When EU warehouse stock fits best
You restock often and can't wait
If a best-seller sells out on Friday, a 3–5 business day delivery means it can be back on your shelf the next week. Fast restocks keep you from losing customers to the shop down the street.
You want one number, not five
With EU stock, shipping and tax are included for these countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
Sweden and Finland are also deliverable (Zone 4). Confirm the exact shipping terms when you enquire—we don't publish those figures on the site.
Because of this, the quote you get is close to your real landed cost, and you won't face a surprise customs invoice at delivery.
You are testing a new model
With an MOQ of 10 pieces and fast delivery, EU stock is the low-risk way to try a new flavour line or puff count. If it sells, reorder. If it doesn't, you haven't tied up much cash.
When China stock fits best
You plan larger orders ahead
If you know your monthly volume and can plan a few weeks ahead, China stock can make sense. You trade delivery speed for more control over how the goods are shipped and cleared.
You already have an import setup
Some wholesalers already work with a freight forwarder, a customs broker and an importer of record. For them, adding China stock to an existing shipment can be simple, and they can manage duties and VAT the way they already do.
You want models not yet held in the EU
China stock often covers a wider range than what is currently held in the EU warehouse. It's useful when a customer asks for a model you can't get locally yet.
How to compare the real cost (without guessing)
Unit price alone is misleading. Compare both lines with the same formula:
Landed cost per piece = (unit price × quantity + shipping + customs duties/excise + import VAT + payment fees) ÷ quantity
- For EU warehouse stock to covered countries, shipping and tax are already in the quote, so most of the formula is done for you. For Sweden and Finland (Zone 4), confirm the shipping terms on enquiry.
- For China stock, ask your forwarder for a freight quote, and check the duty, excise and VAT rules in your country before you order.
Do the maths once for your usual order size. Many shops find that EU stock wins on small and medium orders, while China stock only becomes interesting at volumes where the freight and admin are spread over many pieces.
A simple decision checklist
Ask yourself these five questions before each order:
- Do I need the stock within a week? If yes, choose EU warehouse stock.
- Is this a test order or a new model? If yes, choose EU stock, starting at 10 pieces.
- Do I have a forwarder and customs broker? If no, choose EU stock.
- Is this a large, planned order with time to spare? China stock may fit.
- Is the model only available from China stock? Then China stock is your option, so plan the timeline.
Many of our customers mix both: EU stock for fast-moving best-sellers, and China stock for planned volume.
A note on compliance
Rules on nicotine strength, tank and e-liquid volume, flavours, labelling and registration differ across EU countries, and some are changing in 2026. Stock location does not change what your country allows on its shelves. Verify your local regulations yourself before you list or sell any product, and keep the product documentation you receive from your supplier.
